In order to make sure that I have enough time to clean, here are a few tips to ensure that your cleaning does not go over the allotted booking time.

1. If there is a lot of clutter on your bathroom sink or kitchen counters etc., please consider removing items prior to my arrival.

2. If there are trinkets on furniture, please note that I will only dust visible areas only. 

Absolutely not. I have clients who leave a spare key with their doormen or in a lock box if they have to work or are out of town. I also have clients who will let me in, do a walk through of their home with me, leave, and return when I am just about done cleaning. Whatever your preference, I will accommodate.

Although my company is called Chicago Cleaning Chicks, I am the only one cleaning at the moment so yes, you will have me, every time unless something changes in which you will be notified.

Yes! And boosted. I also wear a mask while cleaning.

I am currently only able to work around my daughter’s school schedule so I am typically available M-F from about 8am until 1:45pm. Should you need accommodations outside of these hours, please feel free to email me and we could possibly work something out.

I prefer Zelle payments and cash. I also have Venmo but they charge me a fee to transfer my funds to my bank account.
